Great product for open box item!

We received the headphones promptly and in lime new condition with the necessary items that came with them from the factory. So that was great! I was impressed. I also purchased the 2 year apple care protection plan, and im glad i did so as the headphones started to have a static sound coming through one of the headphone cups while listening. So far the process for getting them replaced requiers best buy to send them out to be fixed, or we go to apple and possibly have the same outcome. Im a little disappointed with this procedure. I felt that the care plan would warrant a no questions asked replacement of the problematic headphones.so other than that im totally satisfied with the products condition, being it was an open box item.

The section that covers the ears were completely worn and the fabric broken revealing the sponge. The headphone is a year old and it look like 10 years old. It is handled with care but the material is so poor. This is one of the most poorly manufactured item to represent the Apple / beats family.
