Crisp highs and not to overloaded on the bass. ANC is good not the best. Sony definitely has ANC on lock so if that is important to you, get the XM4/5. Otherwise this is a solid choice

My only issue it that the paint rubs off in some small parts of these headphones a little too easily exposing the tan, nearly white material underneath. Be sure to keep it in the case as much as possible.
