The sound is rich and encompassing and my only issue is that my ears get hot. I use them when I work out and there is zero regret in buying them.

First set was disappointing, second set perfect!

After researching it, I was that this happened somewhat frequently, especially in the noise-cancelling mode. The return was accepted with no issues and I have had no problem with the new set.
