I can barely hear if a person is talking to me while I’m watching a movie or hearing music. Also if you take them off the music or video will continue to keep playing. But the sound is crisp and clean but not like the air pod pro

I think for the sound you can get much better with other brands for cheaper. These are for my daughter and she liked them. Sound quality, not great.

Phone usage is good. Microphone is very clear. But like most headphones these days, not even close to being loud enough. I have to get a sound increase app to get it loud enough & then your sound quality turns to static ridden music.
