    Overall Rating = Poor, not because of the headphones, but because of Best Buy. The headphones are great now that I have a working pair. I bought an open box pair that said it would be in fine functioning condition for a discounted price. The shipping and delivery was all on time. However, when I used the headphones I could hear a static sound in the left ear. After doing some googling I found out this is a common flaw on these headphones. Luckily I had purchased Apple Care for the headphones. They replaced the headphones for me no problem. They actually sent me headphones and then I had to send back the broken ones, so I wasn't without any headphones. Tip from this is to make sure you get Apple Care. Best Buy supposedly tested these headphones and marked them as good to go.

    These work really well. Only one way they could improve these is by making the ear well of the headphones a slightly different shape so it doesn't press on the ear. It doesn't hurt, just a comfort/preference thing.

    Battery life is okay, just that they ain't as loud as my air pods. And they are kinda big so my make up from my cheeks or neck rubs off on them.

    Beats just arent the same since apple took over, quality depleted and carrying case was disappointing. Still great headphones for the price and brand which is why im giving a four instead of a three star
