    The options to control is limited to 1 button and the sound is not that great. Okiesh NC fine when you get on a huge discount.

    The sound quality is worse than on an airpods, to have the best quality sound you need to connect to a device using the usb-c cable, without that sound is basic considreing the model and the price. I did connect the headphones to an iphone 16 usingthe cable the sound didn’t change, it wasn’t anything you’d expect

    Everything was good until I started playing music that required a lot of sound at once, it started making a static noise every time I did. I think it was just the one product.

    The beats are okay but I have had sound issues with the audio going in and out. The customer service was definitely a 0 out of 10. Best Buy charged me twice for the purchase and held my money for over a week before releasing it but only took 2 minutes to take it out my account!

    These work fine but for some reason it’s the only pair of beats that doesn’t come with the capability to share audio with others. Very disappointing to find that out at the beginning of an 8 hour plane ride where I was going to watch movies with my gf
