Ive tweaked and tweaked them, but the sound tends to be too much or not enough. Maybe ifs me.

Received a box with a stolen shirt in it. Door Dash delivered it with a slit on the side, tape in tact. Worse experience trying to get my $ back and $100. Gift card - had to cancel the order since they would clear the 2ns order.

Very good sounding head phones. The case that come with them is junk we opened it 3 times and the zipper broke. Company will not warranty told me to take back to best buy that is 250 miles away. I would say Beats customer service sucks.

I used the headphones when i cut the lawn. I used them once. After that they wouldn't work at all. I tried charging them and nothing. Too bad because they sounded great the one time.

These headphones are not loud at all. When you see words like "studio" and "pro", you'd think you're getting quality sound but they are not worth the money.

This rating is because of the post sale service I recieved not the Beats Studio Pros. I never used these headphones. They were a present for my wife for Christmas for use on a cruise we were taking. She decided to use her iPods instead of these. They were not use and remained unopened. Our cruise lasted until one week after the last return date by which time they could not be returned. I felt that since I had been a lotal customer for years and never returned anything, they might make an exception. No luck either in store or on the chat line. I was elevated to a chat supervisor but after 40-45 minutes I gave up waiting I don't know that the supervisor even existed, but I felt that my business was not appreciated. Yes, I was out of the country and late returning these, but am highly disappinted in not getting to talk to a person who would care about my situation. I am sure the headphones are great being that they are Beats. But, feel like mybusiness is not valued.

Sound quality is not ideal compared to the other brands.

The only bad thing about these is that sometimes they're are heavy on the head.

I did have to exchange them but overall they are a good product.

These are good, but I liked my Beats Solo/Studio 3 a lot better.

Beautiful and easy to use. Really don’t notice a difference in sound quality vs my AirPods which is disappointing. Also would not be able to comfortably work out in them. It’s a novelty purchase but I will continue to use them

Air pod pros 2 gen are louder then these if your trying for sound quality
