Decent features for Apple users, however sound quality falls short of expectations vs other over ear at this price point. Prone to bugs and high pitched noises with ANC. These issues seems especially present in environments with a lot of Bluetooth devices.

Don't get me wrong these are good but not what I was looking for. All they need is some bass then these will be great.

Good headphones especially for walking and working out. But, the headphones microphone is bad and noise-canceling could be better.

    Better options for the price

For the price these headphones are a huge disappointment and lack several key features that other headphones in the catagory have. CONS: 1. The sound quality is awful and lack of an adjustable EQ is huge. There is no bass so if thats important to you i would avoid these at all costs. Every other headphone at this price point, even some below, allow you to adjust ghe EQ. Actually, you can adjust the EQ between three preset ones IF you make a wired connection to your phone or computer, but it’s 2023 and noone wants to do that. Not acceptable for a $350 pair of headphones. 2. No ability to connect to multiple devices at the same time. If you want to switch between your phone and computer seamlessly then you’re out of luck. You’ll need to open the bluetooth settings to manually connect each time. I also had issues with them automatically connecting to my iphone. 3. The finish is awful and attracts finger prints. PROS: 1. The transparency mode is good, but not a reason to buy. I wouldn’t even buy these on sale. Something like the Sony WH-XB910N is vastly superior in every way.

    - BUY THIS FROM SOMEONE WHO CARES THAT YOU ARE GIVING THEM BUSINESS - Best buy has gone down hill quick! Management is awful at my local store! Management and store employees could careless about customer service, they are hard to deal with and do not have any compassion! There is no communication between online and the actual store, so if you order online to pickup in the store, you better hope you dont have a problem with the order! Wouldn't be surprised if Best buy files for bankruptcy in the next 5 years!

This could be kind of a personal issue, but I’ve had beats for a while, and every time I bought over the ear I would think that they would make a cooling cushion but they get hot after a while

It has a fatal flaw for those who suffer from motion sickness. If you are prone to motion sickness, these will cause you to experience motion sickness while using the sound canceling feature. Still a great product though.

I had high hopes for these as they pair with Iphones seamlessy but they came up short horribly. Got them on sale for 179.99 on tax free week so was a great deal but they kept unpairing with my iphone 14 pro max and when listening to high bass music, some where mid way through the songs the bass would just go flat. I reboot the head phones and my phone and repaired and it repeated the same nonsense so I was over it and returned them. I eneded up purchased the Sony (long name for no reason…lol) XM5 but they are great!

    Poor quality headpiece/material

The headset was very nice. Unfortunately, the material seems to be of poor quality. My (older) son used the product gently at home, and only had to fold/stow it for travel twice. Within nine months, the plastic on one side, where the hinge connects the earphones to the headpiece, broke into pieces. We were very disappointed. Beats is an otherwise reliable brand.
