Nice and all but the sound is nothing special, i expecteced more. I like my airpod pros more.

Thought it will be exciting to own but was disappointed. Only one ear was working.

They aren't comfortable and definitely not for use for long hours.

First time purchasing full headphones like this , just not as described and wish I could return

Had issues with updating firmware. Is currently on Apple's possession getting repaired.

Where really nice at first but now sound static on one side how jead phones make sure you get warranty i didnt now regret it not even 3 months old

Would not recommend. I have had the Bose and Sony which were easier to use and both had better no use cancellation. I have bad ears, and am in my late 50’s, some of that may play into my experience. Overall I am not impressed with Beats. I regret the purchase.

I purchased the “excellent condition” beats when received they were missing charging cord, paint is chipped off and headband was stretched out and they weren’t reset to factory settings. these aren’t even close to excellent condition. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I’m disabled and they refused to help with getting the exchange done without going to the store and two explained that wasn’t a option for me and basically said if you can’t go to the store then tough luck.

They were supposed to be a good open box purchase. But I see why it was open box. They must have been returned. The quality of tunes you get from the headset was terrible. Last time I’ll try the open box purchase. Returning immediately.

They’re okay but I recommend something else like Bose headphones

Not the best, color is nice but sound sucks. Comfortable to wear but clicks on one side. Switching from one device to another is bad, you have to forget device in order to reconnect… these headphones used to be better.

Purchased open box Beats Pro that was supposed to be in excellent condition but one of the ears didn't work. They were also on sale but by time they arrived and i found out they didn't work the store wanted me to repurchase the item at full price and not the sale price.

The noise cancellation isn’t that great compared to AirPods Pro

The Quality of Sound and the product was pretty low. Not at all worth the price.

They ended up being uncomfortable after an hour of use.

Average sound, average noise cancelling, slightly uncomfortable, but the biggest down side is how often the iOS updates make the headphones unusable. Every time there’s an update the headphones have something stop working. Returned and disappointed.

The new Beats Studio Pro’s are lacking in bass and volume. Since Apple purchased the Beats brand the overall sound quality is subpar at best.

The bass is not as expected. I expected more from beats.

Returning. Not really "OVER" the Ear... more like "ON" the Ear. Plasticky. Cheap feeling. Sticky button. Does fold up nicely and noise cancellation is okay but not as good as Apple AirPod Max.

Best Buy has horrible customer service, I bought the headphones and instead of those headphones coming the wrong package came. I went to Best Buy to see if they can refund or replace but they said they couldn’t when it was they fault in the first place. I called best buy and then they said they will send the replace but it never came and then it said it would be canceled and they WILL NOT REFUND me my money backk!!! I am very upset with this to I contact my bank to report this. Best Buy will go bankrupt if they keep going like this! Stealing customer’s moneyy
