I was told, 'I'll mark your item as high priority' and it still did not arrive for 4 days. Why can't you use fedex or ups or usps like every other online vendor!?

But the biggest reason was arriving BEFORE Christmas and to be delivered BY 12/24. Well got a message last night saying..oops sorry should NOW arrive by 1/04/05! A WEEK AFTER!! So NOT happy. I would have gone to the store directly but now sold out! Iconically though its says available In- Store on 12/26!! But i have to wait A WEEK??!!
