The earphones lasted just under a year before they cracked. The paint also started to wear off on the head piece just 6 months in.

Took these back same day. They’re nice quality but if you are looking for loud of out your mind go back to the studio 3s. That’s what we did and will always do.

I barely got two days with these before the left side started making a random buzzing and the noise canceling barely cancels noise at all. These are my SECOND pair im tired of beats

I’ve owned these since Christmas, cheap plastic on the leg broke. Get the good warranty or they will tell you to kick rocks. Or so they say, doubt it though

Studio Beats³ had a richer fell to the actual headphones. Although the headphones are new and updated, the material is different & just feels like the product can break at no notice. To top it off, the little case is a downgraded case.

For what you’re paying these, you feel like the sound quality would be too notch, not so much. There’s definitely better headphones on the market for the same price or even cheaper. Also, these headphones feel cheap too. The materials aren’t great and are really prone to fingerprints. Don’t waste your money.

The headset was not to comfortable after two hours of wearing them while working out. The noise canceling I was not impressed I still fell like I have to have the volume pretty high and that was not very much noise in the background.

Not the best, clicks on one side and is pretty poor sound at times. Static over audio for a few minutes before clearing up.

The sound quality was generally fine, but they stopped working cold within two months of purchase. No drops, just stopped working. Best Buy refused to refund me for a bad product I’m now stuck with because I didn’t pay to become a Rewards Total member to have the privilege of returning a defective item? Okay headphones, terrible customer service, would not recommend.

These were a gift that was opened almost two weeks after I purchased them. One aide of the headphones do not omit the same amount of audio as the other. Of course, since they fell out of Best Buy’s two week policy return or exchange policy, I am left with limited options on how to handle it. Its embarrassing gifting a defective product.

Form Factor still the same, just made to to where it reads your messages and somewhat to Apple Headphones standards. Nothing to be excited about cause it still look the same as the studio 3. Cmon Apple, stop being lazy and do better.

The build quality on this product feels cheap. The design has not changed in more than a decade. The only think I enjoyed about this product was the easy pairing process with Apple products.

I bought this on 12/24/2024. It doesn't charge since last week or can't reset per the instructions from support. I have to call and have been waiting for 30 minutes to connect to tech support to schedule in-person repair. I don't know how long it takes to fix it.
