I find that the headphones would glitch often especially when on the charger. It could be louder and sound more clear and clean. Buts it’s okay

I bought this on 12/24/2024. It doesn't charge since last week or can't reset per the instructions from support. I have to call and have been waiting for 30 minutes to connect to tech support to schedule in-person repair. I don't know how long it takes to fix it.

Do not exceed or with these on especially if it’s intense and you are sweating. It’s like the sweat makes the sound stop. Have these for a mo th now and was such a wasteful but.

Overhyped. These are not comfortable at all. Go with another brand if you are willing to pay $300+. I don't write reviews, but this was a big let down. I will be returning them.

i’ve had this product for about a month and within the past week a static noise has appeared in my left headphone that’s is on going. don’t know what’s happening.

If you only want to LISTEN, they work, if you want to use them on Zoom or Teams or to have conversations on your phone, the microphone DOES NOT WORK! Google it, it's a known problem and I cannot find a solution. Save your money and buy something else such as the Soundcore headphones by Anker, they work perfectly.

They sounded like I was under water and the voice was so low they didn’t get loud and noises cancellation didn’t work i literally had my headphones for one day and I had to take them back the next day literally

Way to expensive for quality! There are cheaper headphones with better sound!

Employees are scammers some more than other ofcourse. They make outrageous and bold accusations and get aggressive if you don’t buy the Bestbuy plus membership.

These are terrible headphones. The headphones touch your ears and make them sore. You cannot wear them for more than 30 minutes unless you are okay with pain and sore ears for the rest of the week. Do not buy!! Unfortunately, I discovered this flaw after the end of the return window otherwise I would've returned them.

I’m sure the headphones are great I love beats but when I received it the Packaging was damaged so that’s a bummer I’m looking at them still Unopened but all dented

When I was listening to music a loud ringing sound started playing out of nowhere

the headphone were weak in bass and the surround sound that when connected the feeling was weal as well.

They snapped when I went to work out and haven’t come back on

Sound quality is ok. They feel cheap and are uncomfortable. The ANC is trash compared to other brands in the same price range. For the price point Bose or Sony is a much better deal.
