Poor Bass Quality

It has weak bass compared to the first generation of Beats headphones. I bought a set of headphones from Amazon for $80 which sound way better! "Deep Bass". It's very disappointing considering I paid over $300. Every since Apple took over the quality has gone down.

Best buy support is terrible

They didnt do anything to help me. It took me weeks to get my money back. Never ordering or shopping at bestbuy again. Too bad

Worst Headphones Ever

If I wear them for too long, the inner fabric rubs my ears and rubs the skin off. I've had them since December and already the right side is blasting static. There are better and louder headphones on the market.
