Disappointed. Spending so much money on a pair of headphones just to be let down. Im returning them and wait til an actual upgrade comes out.

I got this headphone for Christmas of 2023, and when I wear it, it was so comfortable. When I turned it on, and turned on the bluetooth on my phone, something popped up for my headphone. And when I hit connect, it connects so quickly. And when I turn on a noise cancellation on my headphone, I can totally hear nothing at all. And when I play music, or stream a TV on my headphone, it totally sounds like a professional audio, like it has an excellent bass. And when I connect my USB-C for my headphone to any device, it actually has a lossless audio, and there are 3 different sound profiles, like Beats Signature, Entertainment, and Conversation. I really love it. Thank you, Dr. Dre for making this headphone! You should buy this headphone.

Incredibly disappointed. Zero base. I would never purchase again. The skull candy is half the price and far better.

I will never buy beats again. I don't even want a beats to be around me. They're absolutely terrible. We spend a lot of money on these and they already have electrical issues and knocking after a few months. I think I forgot to buy a warranty for us? So I'm hoping this review will get me my money back.

Purchased August 25th Barely any difference from the previous model. Went down $100 tried to get a price match and was denied for being 1 day outside return window? no 30 day return policy. That is bad business practice and horrible for customer relations...

These headphones have given so much trouble sent them to Apple for repairing 5 times. They keep replacing them but it’s always another issue Nose cancellation is not working Then it wasn’t charging at all Can’t hear well on them

So basically i have had issues, with having static when having it read my audio books. So disappointed.

Not enough bass, and you can’t get a configuration that works

This did not work out. The connections were not appropriate for our TV which needed the new optical connection.

I did not receive this item it was stolen. I would like a refund and you guys told me that is not possible which is ridiculous because I know it is.

Very disappointed with Best Buy. I purchased two of the Beats. The package has never been delivered to me. Went I to store at Best Buy they stated they can not help. For one week I have been trying to get this resolved. No resolution yet online live agents tell me 24 I will be co tasted and guess what I have not been. I expected more from Best Buy on customer service

RECEIVED AN EMPTY BOX! I HAVE CONTACTED BEST BUY SUPPORT SEVERAL TIMES! FILED A COMPLAINT WITH UPS! HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY HELP WITH THIS ISSUE!

Horrible wish they would of been louder and more bass

sound leaks and they connect and disconnects on its own sound quality is ok.

The old original beats were better theses are trash not good at all especially for the price the earbuds are better

Sound was Fair, the ear cups were to small for me, and my ears are not big. Not worth the price, in my opinion.

Honestly, Im not sure how why these have such high ratings. I listen to edm music on the regular— sounds like crap in these. I have beats solo pros and those are excellent. I kept having to manually connect these beats to my phone every use and the most annoying part— you have to manually turn them off with the button rather than just closing them. Annoying & bad sound quality. I returned.

Almost comical how bad these are. Returned right away. I cant believe anyone is buying these! Took them bck and bought Sony XM5, they sounded great but the top band bothered my head so I returned those and got the XM$. The Sony XM4 are amazing.

Really low, i dont know if i got a defective pair or if they just are automatically extremely low. I hate i missed the window to return. My 30.00 jbl are louder. I also dont like the way the material make my ears sweat.

The sound is okay, the app is fine for what it needs to be. Comfortability is awful.
