These things are just not great. Perhaps I’m spoiled as I was coming from AirPods Max. Was looking forward to something less weight and USB C and folding. But these things just aren’t great. Maybe if they were under two hundred. The black color shows fingerprints like crazy, even just a few minutes of ownership. Looks so cheap. The pads get warm quickly. It’s odd to me to pay this much and feel the ear mesh inside the pads up against your ears as the pads are so slim, just very strange. The ANC is pretty good for the price point, but the cheap plastic clicky buttons just kind of ruin the experience. Wouldn’t surprise me if these quickly get discontinued. Feels like they just wanted to get out a new version with USB-C.

I love these so much for your average everyday headphones and for working out at the gym. Any workout I do, these headphones do not slip or slide off of my head like airpods so for that I'm grateful. Not bad for the price

They were on sale and had been wanting them for so long. I got them and did not regret it one bit!! Been an beats customer for as long as i can remember they never disappoint!!

Great headphones at an amazing price, my service was everything you would want.

The reason for a 3 is the poor material quality. The I guess you call them 'hinges' that fold in the ear cuffs to make them easier to store, one of them broke after only a year of use. For the price they should last longer than that. Sound quality and noise canceling is great though.

I really wanted to like these amd got them at a great price, but I just can’t wear them more than 10 minutes at a time. I wear glasses and these things squeeze the heck out of the side of my head, pushing my ears into my glasses and giving me a headache. Even if I got them for free, I’d probably just give them away because they just don’t work for me. Too heavy too tight.

I love my beats. Love the brown color. Overtime the sound gets lower though. Also I hate how it constantly yanks my hair out! It gets stuck in the small crevices. Terrible!

My daughter loved them and she enjoys taking them with her to the gym for her workouts

I want to start by saying I’m someone who appreciates music deeply & I want to hear every single musical element, beat, note, etc. I was so disappointed when I got these & experienced then for the first time. The bass is barely there & the audio quality is subpar. I didn’t realize how truly terrible these were until I tried a friend’s Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones. If you care about the quality of the audio, do yourself a favor & go with the Sony headphones. At the least, try and compare them both in store. The only real pro of the Beats is that they’re gorgeous.

Got these headphones as an upgrade from the ones that I bought a few years back. First, ALWAYS GET THE WARRANTY COVERAGE. We got these upgraded with the warranty and they are AWESOME. We endorse them.

Best buy made this purchase easy eith other options if the price out of range. It worked out perfect.

Bought the headphones as a Christmas gift for my Son and he Loves them.

These headphones are great but kind of frustrating that they are $350 and don’t come with the charging dock. I wasn’t expecting that and just waited for these headphones to come in and now have to wait to use them until I get the charging dock.

Do the headphones come with a charger? Or I would have to buy my own.
