    I got bought them because they where in sale $200 i wanted something better then my beats solo 3 wirless and i cant tell them apart at max volume they still sound low will be retuning them

    Breaks after falling a few inches onto carpet

    I spent $250 on these and didn't bother with the $30 protection plan because that's frankly an asinine amount to ask for and I've literally never had a pair of headphones break in 35 years of being alive. A month later, these headphones fell from about knee height onto thick carpet and one of the headphones immediately broke, doesn't make sound anymore. Is this a joke lol? I've heard terrible things about these headphones but I never imagined they could be that bad. For $250 I expected them to be able to withstand the impact of basically gently laying them onto a soft surface, guess that was dumb.

    DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I ORDERED THESE ON 11/26 FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY, HAVE YET TO GET THEM. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAVE YET TO SPEAK WITH A PERSON. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN BEST BUY FOR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FEDEX FOR THEIR HORRIBLE SERVICE. MY BABY HAS BEEN WAITING FOR DAYS. HAD I KNOWN THAT IT WASN'T GOING TO BE NEXT DAY OR AT LEAST THE DAY AFTER THAT, I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED. BEST BUY SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

    Why doesn’t bestbuy care about their customers

    Driver did not drop off headphones at mailbox. They came to the building. Did not go to the main entrance. Then just drove away. Then BestBuy just decided they should refund my order instead of resending it. I’m so glad my original delivery date was selected as Feb 3rd but then claimed they tried to deliver it Jan 26th. Good thing all there help is just a chatbot.

    Do Not Buy from Best Buy!!!

    This worked for a few. And then few days later, noise cancellation & transparency works a little. And then, this headphone is making a rumbling, scratching & hissing noise on a right side on transparency & noise cancellation mode, & popping noise on both sides on transparency & noise cancellation mode, which is super annoying. Had to get it in for a repair, and then about a month later, it happened again. Do not buy from Best Buy!!! Waist of money, so not worth it.

    For the price i thought the sound would be so much better they sound like regular headphones if you know what i mean i think my AirPods are louder honestly. I can barley hear it when its in the sound is in the middle

    theyre uncomfortable on the ears and the quality is subpar for other headphones on the price range. just get the sonys. i got these on a major discount but still not worth it

    I connected this Studio Pro on my iphone 15 pro max. However, with 50% volume its still low. If you turn 100% its not that loud. Anyone experience like this?

    Dont like the sound quality on these headphones. I have the beats solo 3 and they and they sound better than these new ones. Nothing bad on best buy buy disappointed with item.

    Bought these headphones about a 1.5 months ago and they've worked perfectly until today. They have powered off and back on probably ten times while I'm doing work around the house. The headphones are charged to 95%, and they keep crapping out. Too bad I cant find my receipt, I would return these in a hot minute.

    Huge disapointment, the bass was terrible for iphone which has no app only android. The treble was so loud and unclear it hurt my ears at 1/2 volumn. Not sure these other reviews are real. I returned after a day and bought the Momentum 4 headphone which had a Very warm and pleasing sound with great seperation between notes. Apple did something to these and must not want them to be close to there headphone. Take a hard pass on these and buy the Sennheiser Momentum 4.

    This doesn’t even work well with Apple Iipads or iPhone. It’s difficult to attach and while I can heard when I respond the people on Zooz can’t hear me so I have to turn off the head phones so I can be heard. What a waste of money

    Purchased New Beats Studio Pros, they never cancelled noise, as they are supposed to. Apple determines them broken. Brought them to the Best Buy today, it turns out Best Buy offers only a FIFTEEN (15) DAY WARRANTY. If you need to buy Studio Pros, just make sure you don't buy them at Best Buy.

    I have a total of 4 pair of beats headphones and they are all broken in the Exact spot!! I bought them for Christmas and paid 250 they are saying I have to pay $220 to repair! This is insane I am disappointed once again with the quality of these headphones!! They will not get any more of my money!!
