I have the AirPod maxes and those are nice, but they just don’t hit the same in the gym like these do. But if you’re going for sound quality and just daily use, I would probably lean towards another headphone for the gym. They are perfect.

These are perfect they blocked all the noise and gives you a very clear sound. If you want to sleep just keep them on and you will not hear anything
