Poor quality for the price. 1. It has bass at all 2. People cant hear you if you try to use its mic 3. Cheap quality (plastic) 4. Worst of all is it’s connectivity it will disconnect and connect randomly and worst of all it will pause your music or videos even if you try to adjust the settings, delete, reset and try to update like customer service recommends.

Ear pieces could be slightly bigger after 10 minutes. They get painful seriously thinking of returning them.

I like these headphones, but I only gave it 4 stars because they're not as comfortable as my Sony's.

I have been wanting these for awhile. They are a great purchase. Truly enjoy them.

Same design nothing new except the spatial audio sounds better thats about it if you never own beats these are a start

I'm not one for leaving negative reviews, but these headphones have a terrible static noise when the noise cancelling feature is used. It kinda defeats the purpose. Search "Beats Studio Pro static" and you'll see multiple people complaining about the same thing and there's no warranty for them. Seriously, purchase a different product, these suck.

These aren’t that great to me. The volume is not that great and the bass isn’t that great.

Headphone adjuster cracked after 7 months of use. Teen user treasured and enjoyed them so much insisted on replacement with same product...this time I am purchasing the 2 year ins plan to come with. Until this happened the young lady has said nothing but good things about the sound!

Would not stay connected to my tv. Paired ok, but when I would try to connect to my Samsung tv I would hear audio for a second or two then the audio would drop out. Tried all the suggestions, nothing helped. Researched problem online. Found others were experiencing the same issues. Tried chat with Apple tech, got nowhere. Worked ok with iPhone and iPad, but I bought them to listen to tv when my wife was asleep. Took them back to BestBuy. No hassle returning them.

It has great noise cancellation but it’s not worth the money unless they’re on sale. It has been a while since I heard the “old” beats bass and these are now just ok.

My hair get stuck, they really suck at noise canceling

Work and sound great. Handle with care the headband is not very strong at te flex points.

love the sounds, but a little uncomfortable on tye ears, probably switch to a different brand.

My pair begins to distort on Bluetooth after 1/2 hr or so. Sent back for repair. Also, not the best choice if you don't have an iPad or iPhone for updates, etc.

Sound quality wasn’t what I expected, Apple stole the sauce and made the AirPod max better.
