I would love to speak with the general manager of the Middletown NY location. An employee by the name of Sky has motivated me to never spend another dollar in your brand of an establishment.

Broke within the first 6 months of buying the product. After adjusting the ear pieces the side connector snapped and discontent from the ear mount.

I’ve had my eye on the Beats Studio Pro headphones for quite some time now. Then, as luck would have it, Cyber Monday rolls around, and they’re not only on sale but also fit perfectly within my budget! It felt like the universe was giving me a nudge, and I knew I couldn’t pass up this perfect opportunity. The quality is outstanding, and the performance is exceptional. The over-the-ear fit is perfect, and the noise-canceling feature is simply incredible.

I bought it for my workout at the gym it got broken from 1st use

The beats pro headphones are extremely comfortable, have a sleek design, and produce the best sound quality. 10/10 would recommend!

They only served me well for two weeks and then they started having defects in silent mode, you can hear an ugly sound from the left speaker, it was a bad investment

I haven’t really been able to use these much because every time I tilt my head they fall off even on the smallest setting. So basically I can’t move while using them.

I ended returning them because the sound quality was not very good. I will be stocking with Bose headphones. Even this pair of Beats headphones could not stack up.

I just got this and it was in good condition. But a week after buying it. The headphones on the left side became staticky.

We bought these to be able to share audio on an iPad as an Apple Airpod Max alternative. Of course, these are the only Beats product not able to provide that service

Great sound and great bass! Fits comfortably and snug! Doesn’t move around when I’m working out!

Not good for calls, I do not recommend if you’re getting for work

They allow noise to be too loud. This is an issue for teenagers

Purchased a used pair, I expected their may be some cosmetic defects but after about two weeks one of the ears starting a high pitch whine and didn’t play any sound

Do not buy if you have a large head. The headphones seem to be good but if your head is too large they might not be a good fit

Quit working after they got wet. I just bought the. And haven’t paid them off.

These headphones EXCEEDED my expectations! They are super comfortable and don’t make my ears sweat! The sound quality is the best I’ve ever had with this type of audio aid. I really love the noise cancelling, it allows for excellent concentration! I am so glad I purchased these BEATS!!!!! Oh and the battery life is really long, I hate constantly recharging my devices.
