Customer Ratings & Reviews

Love it for traveling...it was great to have in mexico ciry where everything is loud

Bought these for my wife and she absolutely loves them!

Husband loved them! He used them every single day. Unfortunately, they stopped charging less than a month after the warranty ran out!

So far so good. Only complaint wish I could make them smaller to fit my dome.

Bought for my daughter birthday , perfect gift for a high schooler . Loves it more than airpods

One of the best headphones to gift someone special.

Amazing headset sound cancellation is amazing. Only downfall is after about two hours of wearing it. You start to get a little bit of a headache other then that amazing

Great sound and easy to use. Better quality materials would push this to 5 stars.

I bought these for myself after getting a pair for my daughter and son last year. My daughter enjoys hers but has mentioned that when using the phone, she struggles to hear the other person clearly. I’ve encountered the same issue with my pair. I've only used them a couple of times, but now they won't connect to my phone at all. I'm not sure what's causing this, but I will likely return them since I can't get them to connect. When they did work, the sound quality was fantastic when listening to music only.

Positives: They’re trendy, usually a good sale (but not good enough), and the perfect find for the teenager that likes to drown out nagging lol Negatives: Out the package and the noise-cancellation does not work. There is no difference between transparency mode and noise cancellation so there is a defect. I checked online and this is a common issue with this model of headphones (we had an earlier model with no problems). I hate spending the time and energy to return things, so this is EXTREMELY inconvenient. Another negative is the sound continues to play once you remove the headphones. I think I’m spoiled with my Apple earbuds, but I wish these headphones would have a detection, so the sound stops when there’s no ear detected. Bluetooth only connects one device at a time so we can’t connect multiple devices to the headphones. We spent way too much time trying to connect the headphones to two devices, so this was a DISAPPOINTMENT. Lastly, we purchased the chocolate brown, and the new matte finish allows for noticeable fingerprints so if you decide to buy then be ready to wipe every day. I would not recommend buying.

The customer service was excellent and I love my item

I love them and so does my 17 yr old son who uses them just as much as I do. He'll be getting his own as a graduation gift.

Excellent, great for my workout and my training...
