The OFF mode is good, the Noise Cancellation is good, and the Transperancy mode is good also. Got these on sale and i love it.

Sound quality is great, battery life is great, stay on your head well while working out. My only complaint is the lack of bass. You can hear the bass but lacks the umph compared to my recent switch from the AirPod pros
