Sound quality & options not great

Heard lots of good things about the Beats but after trying them out, the sound was too tinny. There was very little bass and additionally there were no EQ options whatsoever aside from the "Personalized Spatial Audio" that doesn't actually let you choose anything. It says there are EQ options when using it via USB-C but that's not possible when using them wirelessly. Ultimately, they're okay, but for the price I expected better sound quality and actual options to customize the EQ.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
