Feels cheap, sound quality is average

Earcups are not replaceable. Sound quality is avg. Clicking volume buttons or play pause is loud within the headset if you are wearing it since they are not well dampened. Beware of Apple care plus, it is subject to service fees which are independent of the cost to repair and can vary between service centers. Overall for the price, cannot recommend this headset unless you really like the Beats styling and ease of connectivity.

The customer service was definitely a 0 out of 10. Best Buy charged me twice for the purchase and held my money for over a week before releasing it but only took 2 minutes to take it out my account!
