My son bought this but had numerous issues with Bluetooth so returned the product

Purchased a little bit more than a month ago maybe 36 days and they’re already loose. They don’t stay on my head and they feel like they’re going to break. They were brand new, not open box or refurbished. Very disappointed in how fast they pretty much fell apart within a month. I would not recommend.

They arent all the fuss. The Bose QuietComfort has much better noise canceling abilities. These are basically made for iphone use only being able to use spatial audio and not considering phones of different makes. They also pop in your ear when you have them on making them very uncomfortable. Gor a refund.

They were really good for a while, but it’s probably been about a year now and the left hesrphone head is barely hangin on by cords somehow, I used them maybe 3-5 times a week and this is definitely surprising

Nice and all but the sound is nothing special, i expecteced more. I like my airpod pros more.

These worked great up until the return period passed. Now every time I use them the music skips CONSTANTLY! Once I disconnect them, the music plays fine through whatever device I am streaming off of. Very disappointed and now there is no way for me to recover the money I wasted.

Thought it will be exciting to own but was disappointed. Only one ear was working.

Had issues with updating firmware. Is currently on Apple's possession getting repaired.

noise cancelling was ok, its not worth replacing the previous model

Don’t buy. Music cuts out constantly. Sounds like static and interference. Incredibly poor performance and quality

They aren't comfortable and definitely not for use for long hours.

Quality of sound was very disappointing. At this point apple airpods and beats ear buds are louder.

Noise Canceling isn’t that great. It doesn’t truly block out everything

I have a previous pre Apple model of these and they are way better. These aren’t loud at all and have no base. You can hear everything on the outside as well. Not for me. I returned them

They’re okay but I recommend something else like Bose headphones

I gave them as a gift. But my friend said they had a malfunction. So now we have to go through all the hoops.

Not the best, color is nice but sound sucks. Comfortable to wear but clicks on one side. Switching from one device to another is bad, you have to forget device in order to reconnect… these headphones used to be better.

I purchased 5 of these for my technicians to use in the field. Two of them have major issues with popping and cracking on one side. Even without the issues, my Bose headset is overall a little better.

Average sound, average noise cancelling, slightly uncomfortable, but the biggest down side is how often the iOS updates make the headphones unusable. Every time there’s an update the headphones have something stop working. Returned and disappointed.
