If you get this you run the risk of it just randomly deciding on ending its existence and playing screeching or wind noise while it’s on noise cancellation or transparency mode. Not worth the risk don’t buy from beats, get something better.

Not as good as the earlier models. My first generation beats sound 10 times better.

Easy to break, painful on ears after wearing them for a while

The headphones are fine adter i returned the used broken ones sent to me originally. My advice is to just go to the store or they will try to sneak returned merchandise as new. Opened it and hair and fingerprints all over it also they sounded terrible. Had to go to the store to get a replacement.

Got this for my work, not good for calls, people can’t hear, every one was complaining you sound far away. I can’t return it because I passed the deadline

Beats were not comfortable and actually hurt, so these were returned.

Not enough bass, and you can’t get a configuration that works

I was incredibly disappointed to lesrn that these headphones were an open box item for a reason. Now I have plans to pay an extra $20 for a brand new pair. If the new pair wont sync with my tv I think Im boycotting the beats products all together. Very disappointing

Noise cancellation has known issue. It’s sounds like white noise when in use. Deactivated don’t have the issue.

Sound is okay. They are extremely uncomfortable as the ear cups don’t move and the clamping force is extremely tight so it hurts your ears. I returned these headphones immediately. There’s a reason these $350 headphones are usually on sale for $199

I got these on sale half off and that was not enough to justify keeping them. These are the most uncomfortable headphones! The headrest digs into your head and the ear cups sit on your ear instead of around fhe ear. Save your money and save up for airpods max. You will be glad you did.

They are too big and they are always falling, can’t make them anymore smaller

Not worth it! This is the second pair of headphones I bought and they both have broken within 18 months.

I bought these and within 40 days the microphone didnt work and had static that was painfully loud.

Headphones defective after 1 month of limited use. Left speaker started whistling loudly, seems like it’s defective noise canceling.

Headphones were good. Repairs and servicing is a nightmare.

For what I paid for the beats the sound quality isnt up to par with the competition
