Will be returning these. The left ear shocks me very uncomfortable

Are you kidding me? You sell a product that requires a special adapter to charge it and it is not included? Hey I know, why don’t you charge a few more dollars and make the product usable immediately when given as a gift.

I had purchased the smaller sized beats headphones for my son for wrestling he loved them but saw these a bigger fit around the ears for more comfort and the noise cancelation had to get them he loves them thinking of purchasing some for my self they saoind great and the battery life is amazing. Have recommended to friends and family.

Would not recommend stopped working buttons stopped working then never gave me my refund had to keep calling Best Buy now I gotta wait another ten business days for a gift card after waiting a month for my refund you need a better process

The sound quality is excellent, the battery lasts for hours, and they are very comfortable.

After 1 month normal use, left speaker stopped working noise cancelling and ambient mode.. now makes a static noise.. first and last time buying beats headphones

Terrible quality. Purchased in august, the folding mechanism broke in october. Paid 30 to get them fixed. In december they wont even turn on.

I haven’t even bought them a month ago and they just stopped functioning. Due to best buys return period I am out of luck and out of 200 bucks for something that couldn’t work for just a month. Just normal usage.

Super Uncomfortable, starting hurting your ears after 10 minutes, & the beats and sound quality not better than the old Beats by Dre.Hopefully I’m still able to return these cause it’s not worth the $.

Overrated item. Poor sound quality. Left side had lower sound than the right. Just didn't have time to return it back. I wouldn't recommend. If you want real sound just go buy Skullcandy Crusher Evo

I bought two pairs the first pair made a whistling sounds that is louder than the Music. The second pair make a loud hum sound … that drown out the music. Best Buy has been cool about returning both but for $450 how on earth does that happen twice

I didn’t like them they seemed to lack bass. So I returned them and bought a different pair

They are very comfortable. They look great and very ergonomic. Sleek and stylish. High quality sound that you would expect from Beats, They connect extremely easy.

Listening to music is part of my everyday life. I love music, and having a good pair of wireless headphones is important to me. My father and I spent a long time looking for the perfect pair for me. After experimenting with various Apple, Sony, and Beats products, we came across the Beats Studio Pro headphones. I loved the neutral Sandstone color and had my heart set on them, but I did not want to pay the full price of $250 by myself. We waited for them to go on sale and my dad bought them for me for about $175. I am extremely pleased with them, and I am extremely critical when it comes to headphones. The sound quality and noise cancellation are amazing, and the color looks even better in person. They are comfortable (especially with the padding on the headband), are not too bulky, and have a nice matte texture. The headband is also adjustable and able to be modified to perfectly fit you. The battery life is excellent as well. You can get 24 hours of playback from only two hours of charging. I am still surprised with how long they can go without being charged. They came with a case (in which the headphones can easily fold), charger, and aux cord. I would definitely recommend these headphones—they are the best ones that I have tried out. I do not have a single bad thing to say about them. My rating of this product is, without a doubt, five stars.

I have been a beats fun for years, but the quality of sounds of this new pro studio Beats is very disappointing! The sound is like been covered by a thick layer of cloth, not as crispy clear as I expected. Returned.
