Nice but annoying feature

Management is awful at my local store! Management and store employees could careless about customer service, they are hard to deal with and do not have any compassion! There is no communication between online and the actual store, so if you order online to pickup in the store, you better hope you dont have a problem with the order! Wouldn't be surprised if Best buy files for bankruptcy in the next 5 years!

Door Dash delivered it with a slit on the side, tape in tact. Worse experience trying to get my $ back and $100. Gift card - had to cancel the order since they would clear the 2ns order.

No app to adjust sound since I have anroid. Great ANC but Audio Quaility for me was not impressive. I Returned after 3 days and will stick to my Seinheiser Earbuds. Distance Great, Battery life Great, ANC Great, App support non existint for Android. Buying the name not quality audio experiance

Don’t not buy beats

After using at the gym for a week the sounds are not clear and all you hear is static. So glad I was able to return them and they didn’t give me hassle because they’re known for malfunctioning.
