Noise cancellation doesn’t work and music is really low compared to the studio pros

Awful went from AirPods to these thinking they would have been much better but no back to Apple I go!

i ordered never got my order and then i reached out to tell i was then told i would get a refund and then later on it was declined would not recommend

I gave them as a gift. But my friend said they had a malfunction. So now we have to go through all the hoops.

In just over a year, the headphones have started making a weird noise and the sound is intermittent between the ears. I’ve never had a pair of headphones do this. Certainly not ones this expensive. In addition, I rarely use them. They should not have stopped working properly so soon.

So I purchased these on 12/20/24 be iase they were on Sale for $149.99 and were exactly what I was looking for as a Christmas gift for someone. But the biggest reason was arriving BEFORE Christmas and to be delivered BY 12/24. Well got a message last night saying..oops sorry should NOW arrive by 1/04/05! A WEEK AFTER!! So NOT happy. I would have gone to the store directly but now sold out! Iconically though its says available In- Store on 12/26!! But i have to wait A WEEK??!!

Pretty average sound quality. Not really worth the price point.

The product is made of inferior material and poorly made. In my humble opinion this product is over priced for the quality you get. The product price range should be in the $25-$39.00 price range. The only redeeming factor is I purchased the item from Best Buy.

[Employee of bestbuy] Went from the beats solo 3s since the Beats Solos were too small. The sound quality is not great. If you want to listen to loud music this is not your product.

Very fragile, already broke after 2 months. Do not recommend.

Personally i love some heavy bass and for the price i thought these wouldve delivered. Last pair i had got rid of my earwax and this pair only tickles the eardrum.

the headphones are good, the sound is not bad; but they put a lot of pressure on the ears, so I exchanged them for other headphones

Would not recommend. I have had the Bose and Sony which were easier to use and both had better no use cancellation. I have bad ears, and am in my late 50’s, some of that may play into my experience. Overall I am not impressed with Beats. I regret the purchase.

completly ruined the headphones for me. dissapointed by apple

Purchased open box Beats Pro that was supposed to be in excellent condition but one of the ears didn't work. They were also on sale but by time they arrived and i found out they didn't work the store wanted me to repurchase the item at full price and not the sale price.

One of the things I need out of wireless is ability to wear for long periods of time. This product was too heavy to wear for long periods and hurt my ears.

Item is great, works as expected. The delivery however was useless af and I jad to call them at day 12 and ask where exactly is my 2 day delivery item? I was told, 'I'll mark your item as high priority' and it still did not arrive for 4 days. Why can't you use fedex or ups or usps like every other online vendor!?
