Best buy support is terrible

They didnt do anything to help me. It took me weeks to get my money back. Never ordering or shopping at bestbuy again. Too bad

Worst Headphones Ever

If I wear them for too long, the inner fabric rubs my ears and rubs the skin off. I've had them since December and already the right side is blasting static. There are better and louder headphones on the market.

The package has never been delivered to me. Went I to store at Best Buy they stated they can not help. For one week I have been trying to get this resolved. No resolution yet online live agents tell me 24 I will be co tasted and guess what I have not been. I expected more from Best Buy on customer service
