    Good headphones. Noise cancellation works well. Only issue I ran into was the date of purchase was wrong for the device. I was able to fix this with the Apple Support App.

    The noise cancelling feature works amazingly well on the airplane. I was able to wear the pressure equalizing earplugs in my ears and these over my ears. Worked perfectly!

    I switched to Beats because my Apple AirPods were causing discomfort in my ears, and in terms of audio quality, Beats have been great—sound is clear and works perfectly for music and general use. However, the microphone performance has been disappointing. During meetings, people often mention that my voice cuts out or isn’t clear, which has been frustrating, especially for work calls. Unfortunately, I’m past the return window, so I’m hoping Beats can provide some support or a solution for the microphone issue.
