Employee can’t do his job

Waited 20 min for them to review footage that my headphones had not been packed by employee. This employee needs to be more careful . Very stressful event for me .

Crisp highs and not to overloaded on the bass. ANC is good not the best. Sony definitely has ANC on lock so if that is important to you, get the XM4/5. Otherwise this is a solid choice

Constant Static Noise

There is a constant static sound in the right ear when using the Transparency and Noise Cancellation mode. For the price tag I would expect these to work without issue but that hasn't been my experience. I'm past the return window so I guess I'll see if these are covered by warranty now.
