    The anc microphones cut into my ears. The pads should be thicker but they can become bothersome after a long wear period. Sound is excellent though.

    The product was an open box item that made the headphones considerably cheaper than the normal price. We received the headphones promptly and in lime new condition with the necessary items that came with them from the factory. So that was great! I was impressed. I also purchased the 2 year apple care protection plan, and im glad i did so as the headphones started to have a static sound coming through one of the headphone cups while listening. So far the process for getting them replaced requiers best buy to send them out to be fixed, or we go to apple and possibly have the same outcome. Im a little disappointed with this procedure. I felt that the care plan would warrant a no questions asked replacement of the problematic headphones.so other than that im totally satisfied with the products condition, being it was an open box item.
