    I switched to Beats because my Apple AirPods were causing discomfort in my ears, and in terms of audio quality, Beats have been great—sound is clear and works perfectly for music and general use. However, the microphone performance has been disappointing. During meetings, people often mention that my voice cuts out or isn’t clear, which has been frustrating, especially for work calls.
