The buttons feel a little flimsy and there is no auto-off feature like in Airpods, so if you forget to turn them off, you just lose all your battery. Overall, not bad especially if you can grab a pair on sale. The nicest part is the "Share Audio" integration with other Apple headphones.

They were a gift and my husband decided he wanted a different style I had no idea I only had 15 days to return them or else has it pay $59 for some yearly pls just to be able to return them. Completely unopened unused. There were like 10 employees that standing by the door and it took me a half hour just roger someone to actually get them out of the case as well. I won’t shop at best buy ever again.

They’re trash and lowkey I regret buying them. They have so many bugs and are always annoying. You’re calling and they mute out of random. I also sometimes here a static noise when I’m listening to music.
