Left hear crackling noise on active cancellation

Don't waste your money

Well after six months of use the noise cancelling started making a loud static popping in my left ear. Very uncomfortable and impossible to ignore. Sent them into apple (twice) for repair. and the issue came back within three months. Apple support are their usual unhelpful selves, no solution in sight for me. Resigning myself to replacing them after less than a year. Extremely disappointing.

They don’t stay on my head and they feel like they’re going to break. They were brand new, not open box or refurbished. Very disappointed in how fast they pretty much fell apart within a month. I would not recommend.

Overpriced fluff

The Bose QuietComfort has much better noise canceling abilities. These are basically made for iphone use only being able to use spatial audio and not considering phones of different makes. They also pop in your ear when you have them on making them very uncomfortable. Gor a refund.
