Sound leaks when over 1/2 volume. Otherwise work fine.

Best Buy has horrible customer service, I bought the headphones and instead of those headphones coming the wrong package came. I went to Best Buy to see if they can refund or replace but they said they couldn’t when it was they fault in the first place. I called best buy and then they said they will send the replace but it never came and then it said it would be canceled and they WILL NOT REFUND me my money backk!!! I am very upset with this to I contact my bank to report this. Best Buy will go bankrupt if they keep going like this! Stealing customer’s moneyy

It’s ok better to go with apple it’s to late to exchange

I purchased the “excellent condition” beats when received they were missing charging cord, paint is chipped off and headband was stretched out and they weren’t reset to factory settings. these aren’t even close to excellent condition. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I’m disabled and they refused to help with getting the exchange done without going to the store and two explained that wasn’t a option for me and basically said if you can’t go to the store then tough luck.

The earphones worked great far as sound, but the problem is ear part broke aftet two weeks. I literally only had them for about a month.

Very fragile, already broke after 2 months. Do not recommend.

I can still hear the back ground nose have to take them to apple already

Returning. Not really "OVER" the Ear... more like "ON" the Ear. Plasticky. Cheap feeling. Sticky button. Does fold up nicely and noise cancellation is okay but not as good as Apple AirPod Max.

Too heavy, they slide off when working out anything that involve you head being tilted

Sounds too quiet and not enough bass. I thought it would be louder.

In just over a year, the headphones have started making a weird noise and the sound is intermittent between the ears. I’ve never had a pair of headphones do this. Certainly not ones this expensive. In addition, I rarely use them. They should not have stopped working properly so soon.

Awful went from AirPods to these thinking they would have been much better but no back to Apple I go!

I want to like it but it's too tight and it gives me a headache☹️

The product is made of inferior material and poorly made. In my humble opinion this product is over priced for the quality you get. The product price range should be in the $25-$39.00 price range. The only redeeming factor is I purchased the item from Best Buy.

Will be listening to music and it will pause randomly for no reason
