I bought this item and the salesman said if I apply for a credit card I’d get 20% off when I received my bill.when I got it it’s not the case he lied to me to make a credit card sale very dishonest employees never again

1. Long battery life One of the biggest advantages is battery performance. The headphones can last up to 40 hours without noise canceling and around 24 hours with ANC on, which is excellent for travel or long workdays. 2. Overhyped. These are not comfortable at all. Go with another brand if you are willing to pay $300+. I don't write reviews, but this was a big let down. I will be returning them.

I find that the headphones would glitch often especially when on the charger. It could be louder and sound more clear and clean. Buts it’s okay

i’ve had this product for about a month and within the past week a static noise has appeared in my left headphone that’s is on going. don’t know what’s happening.

The noise cancellation on them is not good AirPod pro are better at that than this

If you only want to LISTEN, they work, if you want to use them on Zoom or Teams or to have conversations on your phone, the microphone DOES NOT WORK! Google it, it's a known problem and I cannot find a solution. Save your money and buy something else such as the Soundcore headphones by Anker, they work perfectly.

over all buzzing noise the noise canceling made made me return this and was to small for they ears

I barely got two days with these before the left side started making a random buzzing and the noise canceling barely cancels noise at all. These are my SECOND pair im tired of beats

Broke after 5 weeks and could not get a refund from Best Buy. Bose is the best. Never again for Beats!

The build quality on this product feels cheap. The design has not changed in more than a decade. The only think I enjoyed about this product was the easy pairing process with Apple products.

These are terrible headphones. The headphones touch your ears and make them sore. You cannot wear them for more than 30 minutes unless you are okay with pain and sore ears for the rest of the week. Do not buy!! Unfortunately, I discovered this flaw after the end of the return window otherwise I would've returned them.

I’ve owned these since Christmas, cheap plastic on the leg broke. Get the good warranty or they will tell you to kick rocks. Or so they say, doubt it though

I’m sure the headphones are great I love beats but when I received it the Packaging was damaged so that’s a bummer I’m looking at them still Unopened but all dented

Unfortunately, the headphones did not work when received. So I had to return them right away.

I bought this on 12/24/2024. It doesn't charge since last week or can't reset per the instructions from support. I have to call and have been waiting for 30 minutes to connect to tech support to schedule in-person repair. I don't know how long it takes to fix it.

Sound quality is ok. They feel cheap and are uncomfortable. The ANC is trash compared to other brands in the same price range. For the price point Bose or Sony is a much better deal.

the headphone were weak in bass and the surround sound that when connected the feeling was weal as well.
