    The product is fantastic so far. Exactly what my daughter was wanting for Christmas. My only issue was with the Best Buy delivery. I requested that it be delivered to my place of business and even made note that it was a business delivery and they still delivered on a Sunday at 7:30 PM outside, my business front door in a busy shopping center. The delivery person literally just left my $400 earphones outside on the sidewalk for the world to see. I was finally able to get there to pick them up around 930 that evening. Luckily, they were still there , it’s frustrating to know that the delivery services Best Buy is using for their products have no common sense. Or it’s possible they just don’t care about their customers.

    Very good headphones! The sand color is amazing!! After an hour I feel a little pain around my ears but that depends on the user. Happy with my purchase… good for the gym though. The only negative thing is that the music doesn’t stop automatically after you take out the headphones, for the price you expect that.
