Beats Not Loud enough, no base

After Apple acquired Beats, it seems like they sidelined the brand, taking what they liked and incorporating it into their own headphones. Unfortunately, I don’t plan on buying Beats again. It’s disappointing.

Horrible

The customer service was definitely a 0 out of 10. Best Buy charged me twice for the purchase and held my money for over a week before releasing it but only took 2 minutes to take it out my account!

Really don’t notice a difference in sound quality vs my AirPods which is disappointing. Also would not be able to comfortably work out in them. It’s a novelty purchase but I will continue to use them
