Honestly, Im not sure how why these have such high ratings. I listen to edm music on the regular— sounds like crap in these. I have beats solo pros and those are excellent. I kept having to manually connect these beats to my phone every use and the most annoying part— you have to manually turn them off with the button rather than just closing them. Annoying & bad sound quality. I returned.

For what I paid for the beats the sound quality isnt up to par with the competition

The headphones are fine adter i returned the used broken ones sent to me originally. My advice is to just go to the store or they will try to sneak returned merchandise as new. Opened it and hair and fingerprints all over it also they sounded terrible. Had to go to the store to get a replacement.

Beats were not comfortable and actually hurt, so these were returned.

After 1 month normal use, left speaker stopped working noise cancelling and ambient mode.. now makes a static noise.. first and last time buying beats headphones

Are you kidding me? You sell a product that requires a special adapter to charge it and it is not included? Hey I know, why don’t you charge a few more dollars and make the product usable immediately when given as a gift.

They are too big and they are always falling, can’t make them anymore smaller

Overrated item. Poor sound quality. Left side had lower sound than the right. Just didn't have time to return it back. I wouldn't recommend. If you want real sound just go buy Skullcandy Crusher Evo

I haven’t even bought them a month ago and they just stopped functioning. Due to best buys return period I am out of luck and out of 200 bucks for something that couldn’t work for just a month. Just normal usage.

Listening to music is part of my everyday life. I love music, and having a good pair of wireless headphones is important to me. My father and I spent a long time looking for the perfect pair for me. After experimenting with various Apple, Sony, and Beats products, we came across the Beats Studio Pro headphones. I loved the neutral Sandstone color and had my heart set on them, but I did not want to pay the full price of $250 by myself. We waited for them to go on sale and my dad bought them for me for about $175. I am extremely pleased with them, and I am extremely critical when it comes to headphones. The sound quality and noise cancellation are amazing, and the color looks even better in person. They are comfortable (especially with the padding on the headband), are not too bulky, and have a nice matte texture. The headband is also adjustable and able to be modified to perfectly fit you. The battery life is excellent as well. You can get 24 hours of playback from only two hours of charging. I am still surprised with how long they can go without being charged. They came with a case (in which the headphones can easily fold), charger, and aux cord. I would definitely recommend these headphones—they are the best ones that I have tried out. I do not have a single bad thing to say about them. My rating of this product is, without a doubt, five stars.

Bought for Christmas gift for my daughter. I bought 2 of the Beats just in different color. Blue one was returned with warranty and still don’t work. White stop working after warranty.

I have been a beats fun for years, but the quality of sounds of this new pro studio Beats is very disappointing! The sound is like been covered by a thick layer of cloth, not as crispy clear as I expected. Returned.

Quit working after they got wet. I just bought the. And haven’t paid them off.

I haven’t really been able to use these much because every time I tilt my head they fall off even on the smallest setting. So basically I can’t move while using them.

Try to refund my item because I never got it and they told me there nothing they can do about it even tho I have ordered from Best Buy before.

They are not so loud and can be broken easily because of the weak meterial used in it.Who ever buy them just want to return .It happened to me too.
