I bought these because My 5 year old last gen pair finally broke beyond repair. These feel cheaper then last generation and they don't turn on/off when you fold and unfold them. I do love the better over ear coverage and the spacial audio other then that they are just ok

Vera cute and good to the gym! Battery life is good

I want to start by saying I’m someone who appreciates music deeply & I want to hear every single musical element, beat, note, etc. I was so disappointed when I got these & experienced then for the first time. The bass is barely there & the audio quality is subpar. I didn’t realize how truly terrible these were until I tried a friend’s Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones. If you care about the quality of the audio, do yourself a favor & go with the Sony headphones. At the least, try and compare them both in store. The only real pro of the Beats is that they’re gorgeous.

This was a Christmas present for my son and he loved them. He continues to enjoy them. I wish he could hear me better but at least I can tell why he is not responding.

These are a Christmas gift so I do t know yet what the recipient will think but I have a pair and love them.

The color is great, easy pairing with the phone, the ipad, etc. the adjuwtment and folding is great too.

The sound is great, but the design is terrible. My hair gets caught between the earpiece and headband every time—also a wonky button design for volume/control. I am giving these to my son and getting another pair of Bose Quiet Comfort instead.

Daughter loves them would surely buy another pair.

For use as regular headphones, these are fine. That said, I bought them specifically for the noise canceling setting. After about a month, the noise canceling setting started having a static and ticking/popping noise no matter if connected to a device or used on their own. I’ve talked with Best Buy and Apple on multiple occasions. You have to send the headphones to an off site place for repair/replacement, explain the issue to 4+ reps, wait 4-7 days for them to send your repaired or replaced product back. The first time I received a replacement. The noise canceling worked for about a month again until the issue started happening again. I took them to the Apple Store again and they duplicated the issue in store and sent them away. Then, I got an email 2 days later stating the issue couldn’t be duplicated and my headphones were being shipped back. I contacted Apple and have once again had to explain multiple times, but honestly they’re no help. There a handful of threads on Apple Community forum where thousands of others have reported the same issue and that there is no resolution or support being provided by Apple. Save your time and money and don’t buy these. They’re not even worth a quarter of the cost or hassle.

The headphones do not connect with your phone easily. They say it’s connected and then when you play music it still comes out of your phone. Or when you try to connect it says it fails. When it works it’s fine, but there’s nothing special about them.
