Went in to the store was greeted very nicely. The associate brought me to the headphones and told me all about them, plus since a regular customer, the warranty was free.(built-in savings for me.)

The overall quality is GREAT!! The sound and volume compared to some of the other headphones is 10 times better.

They have super good quality and have stayed in perfect shape so far.

The headband is not comfortable compared to every other headphone I’ve had - it feels like hard plastic. They sit uncomfortably, despite being over-ear, and they feel brittle. They look great but that’s where the positives stop. Don’t waste your money on these, there are much better - and much more comfortable- options at this price point. They sound okay, the battery life isn’t bad and they connect the same as airpods. But…. everything else about them is pretty bad. They feel like they’re going to break just from putting them on - they’re creaky at best. If I dropped them, I wouldn’t be surprised if they completely fell apart like lego pieces.

My Beats are great especially when I travel, the noise canceling is the best part and they fit comfortably.

Good headphones not great a little left to be desired on the volume side but overall 4/5.

I love these headphones. I mainly wanted then for noise cancelling and these are perfect! Very comfortable to wear as well.

I got these for my teenage son as a gift. He wasn’t in the market for new headphones but I thought I’d get them anyway. He loves them and hasn’t taken them off! I put them on just to hear the quality and I agree with him…they are awesome. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased 3 pair this year. I love the new updated features from the previous years. One pair for me and my kids. I use them every day very user friendly. You can answer your phone and talk clear and reply to text messages. Really cool !!

Love em. Super loud, easy to use and connect. They slide off my head a bit but I use them for the gym so when I’m benching or prone that’s when I have an issue. Other than the great purchase, would recommend especially if you use it for daily use, although sometimes the audio is choppy at times after a year or so of use
