Beats microphone issue

However, the microphone performance has been disappointing. During meetings, people often mention that my voice cuts out or isn’t clear, which has been frustrating, especially for work calls. Unfortunately, I’m past the return window, so I’m hoping Beats can provide some support or a solution for the microphone issue.
