They’re trash and lowkey I regret buying them. They have so many bugs and are always annoying. You’re calling and they mute out of random. I also sometimes here a static noise when I’m listening to music.

Not worth $300.

I got this as a gift for my daughter. I can still hear the music when she wears them and when I tried them on I could still hear everything going on around me in the gym even while my music was playing.

I have a Android phone (Google Pixel 6) so I believe that can be the problem too. But the only great thing about these are how the noise cancelling works very well! And so does the transparency mode! And the case for the headphones are really great!!!

Non Replaceable Ear Cups

The microphone system was deemed defective by AppleCare. I returned them and was surprised that I was not allowed to exchange them even up. I was going to be charged an additional $55 to replace a defective product. I'm not sure that was the correct thing to do by BestBuy. I maybe thinking twice on my next major purchase.
