I bought these because after 5+ years my former beats quit accepting a charge. No I have a pair that cut in and out of sound. I’ve rebooted, restarted, rebooted and rerouted every single device from my iPhone, iPad, AppleTv, and my own stereo components, and these headphones go from great to crap and then back and then back to crap and further to crap. I expected much more. And I expected Best Buck to stand behind them. But they won’t. I dream of the local audio stores that would stand behind their products. Best Buy should be embarrassed to allow a customer with one of their “flagship” brands, Beats, leave a long time customer out to buy something else.

I’ve had these for 12 days and they already went out. Sounds like a muffled speaker. Also does this scratch sound. The kinda sound you’d only hear from a cd or cassette in your radio after hitting a bump or the kinda scratch sound when your speaker is too loud. But I don’t listen to loud music. I listen to audio books at a normal level. So tell me. Why would that happen ? They’re good otherwise. But the fact it didn’t make it long is very questionable to me.

Even when I put it to max to me its still not enough for me I feel like i can still hear the outside

This is the third set that I’ve purchased and within months it stops performing

Beats studio3 are way better than these in my opinion. If i knew these were the smaller version of them, i wouldve went with the studio3. Doesnt have a authentic beats sound. I can barely hear calls and music just ove the sound of a weedeater. The sound also interferes with the noise cancellation which is weird to me. Wouldnt buy again

After 5-10 minutes of using people are unable to hear me.

Not worth the price. The bass is not as loud as expected. won’t stay snapped into place will be returning.

Best Buy sent me the wrong thing and then refused to stand by them

Be aware of active cancellation noice it will distort audio coming out left hear on the headphones

Didn’t have the bass output that I expected. Over all and ok headphone when on sale.

Quality seemed OK, but was a little disappointed with the noise canceling, and the microphones really distorted my voice.

These are a waste of money. I can’t even talk to people on the phone without it glitching.

The noise cancelling is the reason i got these, and a big part of justifying the high price tag. Well after six months of use the noise cancelling started making a loud static popping in my left ear. Very uncomfortable and impossible to ignore. Sent them into apple (twice) for repair. and the issue came back within three months. Apple support are their usual unhelpful selves, no solution in sight for me. Resigning myself to replacing them after less than a year. Extremely disappointing.

Apple trying to push Type C and new packaging isn’t enough to replace/ purchase over other headphones on the market.

Great sounds. After using less than 4 months the folding part brook when I gently folded!!!!!! It is a peace of JUNK!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!j

Sound could be louder, or is it that I’m almost deaf. Get the 3,s.

not a good product, has got these things fixed 4 times ....they keep breaking in the same spot

Unfortunately didn't work with my curly hair was the only reason i had to return them but i still liked them

I bought these around two months ago and already having issues with them. constant hiss in the left ear, the noise canceling works when it wants to and when trying to use them for phone calls they disconnect in minutes
