||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the “excellent condition” beats when received they were missing charging cord, paint is chipped off and headband was stretched out and they weren’t reset to factory settings. these aren’t even close to excellent condition. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I’m disabled and they refused to help with getting the exchange done without going to the store and two explained that wasn’t a option for me and basically said if you can’t go to the store then tough luck.

I’ve never had a pair of headphones do this. Certainly not ones this expensive. In addition, I rarely use them. They should not have stopped working properly so soon.

But the biggest reason was arriving BEFORE Christmas and to be delivered BY 12/24. Well got a message last night saying..oops sorry should NOW arrive by 1/04/05! A WEEK AFTER!! So NOT happy. I would have gone to the store directly but now sold out! Iconically though its says available In- Store on 12/26!! But i have to wait A WEEK??!!
