Disappointing - Issue with noise canceling setting

For use as regular headphones, these are fine. That said, I bought them specifically for the noise canceling setting. After about a month, the noise canceling setting started having a static and ticking/popping noise no matter if connected to a device or used on their own. I’ve talked with Best Buy and Apple on multiple occasions. You have to send the headphones to an off site place for repair/replacement, explain the issue to 4+ reps, wait 4-7 days for them to send your repaired or replaced product back. The first time I received a replacement. The noise canceling worked for about a month again until the issue started happening again. I took them to the Apple Store again and they duplicated the issue in store and sent them away. Then, I got an email 2 days later stating the issue couldn’t be duplicated and my headphones were being shipped back. I contacted Apple and have once again had to explain multiple times, but honestly they’re no help. There a handful of threads on Apple Community forum where thousands of others have reported the same issue and that there is no resolution or support being provided by Apple. Save your time and money and don’t buy these. They’re not even worth a quarter of the cost or hassle.

    Connection issues

The headphones do not connect with your phone easily. They say it’s connected and then when you play music it still comes out of your phone. Or when you try to connect it says it fails. When it works it’s fine, but there’s nothing special about them.

The noise cancellation is not very good and it’s not loud but I does sound nice. Sony, Bose, or skullcandy are better options

Doesn’t work well for me; the ear cups are too strong and can’t be adjusted. Signals over a long meeting sometimes are not stable. Have contacted customers service for a return service under warranty, which may take 5-7 days for inspection and shipping back

    Overpriced for no bass

The headphones look and feel cheap, but overall sound quality isn’t bad. There is absolutely no bass in my headphones and they refuse to update to any new software. The lack of bass and padding on the headphones makes them a solid three stars.

I got me a pair for my birthday. They are not strong like before. The right earpiece broke got it fixed, and now both of them are broken. B

Great headset all around. And the noice cancel is ok, not anything great and when you do have the headphones turned up you will tend to hear the audio leak through the headset which can be annoyong when you have random eyes peeking at you

Excellent sound and noise cancellation. Be careful if you have long hair. Absolutely destroys my hair EVERY time I take them off.

The sound is really bad for a pro lable. I used to have the studio pro in 2019 and the new model is terrible compared to years ago. The bass is non existent and the highs are muffled. All mid sounds i would give it 3 stars but the buttons are even a issue.

The materials used feel kinda cheap. The audio quality is not fantastic. I would suggest air pod pro 2 instead if youre ok w earbuds or go w sony or bose for the over ear.

Great Head Phones. Nighmare dealing with Best Buy!!! NEVER BUY AN OPEN BOX ITEM. THEY WILL NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT AND IF THE PRICE GOES UP YOU WILL PAY MUCH MORE JUST TO REPLACE A DEFECTIVE ITEM. Do yourself a favor get it from Amazon, or another much more customer friendly company!!!

The volume does not get as loud as previous Studio 3. Also the bass seems better on the Studio 3 as well. These seem like a step back.

The sound quality is there, just get the last studios before these. These DO NOT STAY connected to my phone. They sometimes will not work with phone calls. I wish they would have started then when i could take them back to the store. EPIC FAIL. Definitely no need to contact beats, im sure theyre useless

I ordered these online, and when I received it the same day I returned it, the sound is so bad there is no bass to the sounds. I compared it with my studio wireless beats that I got three years ago and it sounded better, in the studio wireless beats only cost me about $200. These newbies are trash. They’re overprice. It’s just trash overall I wouldn’t recommend it and trust me.

Beats Studio Pro: used, not new

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I ordered what I thought would be a great pair of headphones: Beats Studio Pro. I would use these on a daily basis. I received the headphones in a sealed box, with no tampering. I opened the box and charged the headphones. I then synced the headphones to my I-phone but the name "Mardoqueo's Beats" appeared. I was surprised and unhappy, but even more so when I queued up a favorite film score and learned that the left earphone was intermittent. I called the closest Best Buy c. 20 miles away and made clear that what I received is a used pair of headphones: one ear is faulty. I was told that I couldn't return the headphones. Clearly, I would like to have a new, working pair of headphones. Steven
