Disappointed. Why so LOW? Where is the BASS?

I have had beasts headphone in the past (Studio I think) and it was loud and had bass, which I loved. I had to get a new headphone bc one side broke (they were fragile back then) and it got worn out from use. So I got the Sony WH-1000XM3 wasn't as loud as the studio but wasn't bad and it had good features. Now, the Sony is worn out and I decided to go back to beats to get back that loud/bass sound, since I use them a lot for working out. BUT it's not loud at all and the bass is so low. The Sony sound a little louder and has a more bass. The Sony had a voice indicator that tell you when you are switching in between features (Ex: If you switch to noise cancellation, it will tell you. which I thought was great but seems like Beats doesn't have that. I also feel like i have to yell "Siri" for Siri to answer. I might just return it and see if I do some more search for a headphone with bass, loudest and good features.

They seriously need to fix the sound quality, that’s what really makes the headphones.

Thanks! But the quality is pretty good but they don’t get loud enough! For a 350$ product should sound louder!
