We took one pair back for low volume but later realized from a Best Buy Associate with the 2nd pair that all we needed to do was reconnect our phone by doing a hard reset and then it connected back to the beats with full volume. The sound is excellent! Would buy again and I caught it on sale!

They were easy to pair and use, and it has great sound quality. And finally the carryimg case is very nice but i dont like the fact it doesnt have a strap or something to hold onto but thats a minor inconvenience. Overall its a great product and totally recommend.

I must say, they held up pretty well, nearly 8 years but the first version had more bass and clarity compared to the new ones which is why I gave it 3 stars. Overall, these are good headphones though.

She absolutely loves them... wears them on bus rides to games, at the gym and can't believe how they truly are noise canceling. Very crisp sound and she hasn't even tried to turn them all the way up.
