Very good sound. Not good for cardio

Not good for jumping around when doing intense cardio. If you sweat the headphones absorb the sweat over time. They wont last long. But for just listening without workout they are great.

That being said I just want to say just want to say that while the sounds the headphones are good, they could be better, and in terms of their noise canceling ability it's not very good at all. That's why I returned these after only having them for a few hours and got a better pair of headphones from another company.
